Overview
The Sport, Coaching and Physical Education (BSc) is the first step on your journey to becoming a high performing sports professional.
You will learn about human behaviour by overcoming your own learning challenges. You will experience teaching and coaching firsthand. You will apply the theory you are learning to the real world. You will develop the self-awareness that a coach or teacher needs. You will understand your own behaviour and use this to develop your own coaching philosophy.
Studying for a Sport, Coaching and Physical education degree with our work-based learning programme Degree+, gives you the opportunity to earn and gain valuable professional experience.

Entry requirements
- A Level: grades BBC or equivalent
- GCSE: 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) to include Mathematics, English Language and Science
- Ability to demonstrate an interest and commitment to sport.
